Dining

Dine in the Colonial Days. Historic good taste
is the specialty of the Inn, with authentic Regional American Cuisine served in seven
antique filled dining rooms.
You may savor peanut soup, spoon bread and country ham in the Lord Fairfax
Room. You may prefer a variety of game, seafood and homemade desserts in the Old Servant
Kitchen, Portrait Dining Room or your choice of other picturesque settings.
You'll enjoy a hearty menu featuring fresh, valley-grown ingredients at
lunch and dinner daily, as well as Wayside's special Sunday Brunch.
For cocktails, the Coachyard Lounge welcomes you to relax where
horse-drawn carriages once entered the inn.
