Lodging

Wayside Inn Lodging

Retire to an antique bed. To sleep perchance to dream of the Early American, Victorian, Empire or other favored era.

Each of 24 guest rooms and suites is uniquely decorated with rare antiques, fine art, object d'art and an interesting potpourri of memorabilia.

You'll find four-posters with canopies, cannonball and acorn carved detailing, French Provincial and Greek Revival period pieces.

Many guests return to the same familiar accommodation year after year. Others prefer to sample the entire collection. And all appreciate the blending of the bygone with modern comforts such as private baths, special soaps, generous towels and individual climate control.

Guests have been stopping by the Wayside since 1797. Today, the tradition continues as each visitor receives a warm welcome back to a bygone era of fine food and lodging.
